Tim McGraw to stop at CMAC

CANANDAIGUA – Country music star Tim McGraw will stop June 29 at the Constellation Brands Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show, which cost $35.50 to $80, go on sale at noon Feb. 17 at, by calling 1 (800) 745-3000, and at the Blue Cross Arena box office, Rochester.

McGraw’s 11th studio album, “Emotional Traffic,” was released Jan. 24 and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s country album chart – the 13th career No. 1 debut for McGraw.

The Associated Press, in a review of “Emotional Traffic,” said , "McGraw continues to expand country music's boundaries. That's why, 20 years into his career, his music still sounds so fresh...”

His current single, “Better Than I Used To Be,” continues to steadily climb the charts.

McGraw’s show is the third summer concert to be announced for CMAC. The amphitheater, on the campus of Finger Lakes Community College, has previously announced shows by Lady Antebellum (June 3) and Yanni (June 13).
