Carmen and Emma Vastola recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary with their two daughters, Sara Kauffman and Denise Vastola, and son-in-law Steve Riedman.

Jeannette Kreher and Donald Heberling Jr., both of 43 Seminole Parkway, Cheektowaga, were united in marriage on Oct. 9, 2021, at the bride’s childhood home in Akron. They were united in marriage by minister Mark Schmiegel.

Betty Heaman celebrated her 100th birthday with family and friends on Saturday, Nov. 27. She was born to Nellie and Charles Phillips in Bethany on Nov. 30, 1921. Betty married Jim Heaman in 1953. They lived in Le Roy for almost 60 years.
