ALBION — The state Comptroller’s Office has approved contracts involving several area municipalities and facilities.
A total of 1,185 contracts were signed affecting operations throughout the state. The agreements include:
n A total of $4.4 million with Wyoming County Community Hospital for inmate hospital care at Wende Correctional Facility.
n Funding worth $600,000 to the Village of Corfu for water quality improvements.
n A total of $2.3 million with Burgio & Campofelice Inc. for classroom and office space at Orleans Correctional Facility in Orleans County.
The Comptroller’s Office simultaneously rejected 109 contracts and related transactions valued at $580 million.
