WARSAW — An Attica man was sentenced Thursday in Wyoming County Court to probation and home monitoring for having a sexual relationship with a minor for four years.
Seth S. Zawadzki, 45, was sentenced by Judge Michael Mohun to 10 years probation, with the first six months to be served on electronic home monitoring.
Mohun also determined Zawadzki to be a Level 1, the lowest level, on the New York State Sex Offender Registry.
Zawadzki in July pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual act and admitted having a relationship with a child less than 17 between 2011 and 2015.
The plea came with no sentencing promises and Zawadzki could have faced up to four years in state prison.
Assistant District Attorney Gregory Kilburn recommended incarceration.
