A North Lyon Street man for the second time in three weeks has been charged for not properly supervising children, both times after children climbed out a window.
Booker T. Ricks II, 48, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
City police said a child was left unsupervised and was seen “hanging out of a window at the residence” on July 18.
Three weeks earlier on June 215, police were called to his house after two children were seen on the roof of the house, after climbing from the window.
Ricks is to appear Oct. 21 in City Court.
