WARSAW - A Genesee Street man was arrested after police found more than six pounds of high-grade marijuana in his apartment, Wyoming County Drug Task Force agents said.

Timothy Regan, 53, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of marijuana and second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Regan is accused of selling marijuana out of his house.

Task force members along with village police conducted a raid at his residence and found six pounds of pot and more than $25,000 cash.

Regan is to appear at a later date in Village Court.
