PERRY — A Bergen man is facing felony charges after a traffic stop Monday on South Main St., Perry police said.
Daniel W. Hoehn, 24, was stopped for speeding, said Officer David Spink. He allegedly showed signs of impairment.
Hoehn submitted to field sobriety tests, police said. Further investigation allegedly revealed his blood alcohol content 0.6 percent.
An examination by a drug recognition expert from the Arcade police determined Hoehn was under the influence of a depressant and cannabis, police said.
Hoehn was charged with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs, felony driving while ability impaired by more than one drug; consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle; driving an uninspected vehicle; and speeding. He is to appear Aug. 4 in Village Court.
