BATAVIA — Julie L. Dutton, 25, of Ellicott Street was charged with second-degree criminal contempt of court, city police said.

She allegedly violated an order of protection on Dec. 14 at a Buell Street residence.

BATAVIA — Ayla L. Staats, 31, of Bank Street was charged with harassment after an investigation into a disturbance on Bank Street on Jan. 22, city police said.

She is to appear April 6 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Jason L. Johnson, 38, of East Main Street was charged on a warrant for failing to appear in court, city police said.

He is to appear March 11 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Christopher A. Sewar, 34, of Liberty Street was charged with criminal mischief, city police said.

He is accused of damaging property at a residence in December.

BATAVIA — Arthur E. Braggs Jr., 43, of Buffalo was charged with menacing for allegedly threatening a person while at Southside Deli earlier this month, city police said.

He is to appear March 30 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Patrick J. Frawley, 58, of Rochester was charged with criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

He was committed to Genesee County Jail pending arraignment.

BATAVIA — Patrick M. Gambino, 25, of School Street was charged with menacing for allegedly threatening a person during an argument in the Walmart parking lot, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies said he used a knife to threaten the person. He is to appear Feb. 11 in Town Court.

ELBA — Aaron D. Coley, 34, of Lockport faces felony charges after an investigation into a domestic dispute Sunday, state police said.

He was charged with second-degree assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felonies, and misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment and aggravated unlicensed operation.

He was committed to Genesee County Jail.

SHELDON — Robert W. Price, 28, of Strykersville was charged with criminal mischief for damaging property during a domestic dispute, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

ALBION — Village police charged the following people in January:

n Jeremiah Lee Thomas, 34, was charged with violating terms of the NYS Sex Offender Registry.

n Jack R. Furness, 52, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

PERRY — Tai R. Harvey, 31, of Rochester was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after a traffic stop on Route 39, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

She had 10 active suspensions on her license, deputies said.

She also was charged with unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and driver’s view obstructed.

EAGLE — An Arcade man faces drunk and drugged-driving charges after an investigation into a crash on Jan. 9. Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies were called to Lyonsburg and Telegraph roads for a car in a culvert.

Shane A. Boller, 36, was charged with DWI, driving while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by a combination of drugs and failure to keep right.
