BATAVIA — A city woman was charged with DWI after she crashed into a city of Batavia police car.

Erick L. Frith, 37, of Gateway Drive is accused of driving into the parked car on Jan. 10 on South Main Street.

City police said she left the scene of the 1:30 p.m. crash but was stopped a short time later on West Main Street.

Frith was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, moving from a lane unsafely and driving in violation of a restricted license.

BATAVIA — James F. Perry Sr., 35, of Central Avenue was charged on a warrant stemming from a domestic violence complaint in October, city police said.

Perry is charged with felony aggravated family offense, felony criminal contempt of court, misdemeanor contempt of court and endangering the welfare of a child. He was jailed with bail set at $1,000.

BATAVIA — Robert M. Price, 35, of Pearl Street Road was charged with criminal mischief, city police said.

He is accused of damaging property during a domestic dispute and is to appear March 4 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Paula G. Pierce, 28, of State Street was charged with criminal mischief for damaging property during an argument with another person, city police said. She is to appear March 23 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Wayne D. Potter, 37, homeless was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and menacing, city police said.

He is accused of threatening a person with a knife at a house on Liberty Street.

He was committed to Genesee County Jail without bail.
