YORKSHIRE — An investigation into residential and business burglaries has resulted in charges against five people, state police said.
David Pizzuti, 22, of Delevan was charged with third-degree burglary, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
The charges came after an investigation revealed Pizzuti broke into a business in Yorkshire and stole multiple items.
The next day, Pizzuti and four others were charged in connection with the burglary of a house on Meadow Lane in Yorkshire earlier this month.
Numerous items were stolen, trooper said.
Pizzuti, Austin Pleace, 24, Kyle Barber, 32, John Board, 24, and Renee Gardon, 45, all of Yorkshire, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
More charges are pending further investigation.
All five were issued appearance tickets to appear at a later date in Town Court.
