Williams Sr.

BATAVIA — City police today reported the arrest of Joshua Williams Sr., 29, no residence reported, after he allegedly tried to hit another person with a brick during a domestic incident.

Williams was arrested March 17 on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree criminal contempt second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

He was arraigned by City Court Judge Durin Rogers and sent to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, $10,000 bond. Williams is due to appear April 22 in Batavia City Court.
