ROCHESTER – the U.S. Marshals Service is asking for the public’s help in the apprehension of a sex offender wanted on a parole violation warrant issued at the end of March.

Christopher Campbell, 41, was convicted in 2007 of two counts of first-degree sexual abuse involving 7- and 10-year-old female victims and was sentenced to two years in state prison, according to the state’s Division of Criminal Justice Services.

Campbell is a white male, five feet, eight inches tall, 190 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. Authorities say he’s also known to frequent Monroe, Ontario and Genesee counties and may be traveling with his girlfriend, Tiffany Brown, 28. Brown, who is wanted by the Rochester Police Department and Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, is described as five feet, three inches tall, 260 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.

Authorities say Campbell and Brown may be using the last name “Lane.”
