BERGEN – A Rochester man faces drunk driving charges after he slammed into cars and forced numerous others off the road Monday night, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
Michael P. Caito, 30, was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol limit of more than .18 percent, DWI and numerous vehicle and traffic violations.
Caito was driving on Route 33 about 7 p.m. when he crossed into oncoming traffic and drove into two cars.
Caito continued driving until his car became disabled at routes 33 and 19.
Caito was released and is to appear Nov. 3 in Town Court.
