ALABAMA — Peter J. Mancuso, 32, of Williamsville was charged with felony criminal mischief and criminal contempt of court, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Mancuso is accused of violating an order of protection and damaging a car. He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

Two weeks earlier, Mancuso was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and criminal contempt of court for violating an order and damaging a door knob.

BATAVIA — Jeanna M. Hattaway, 34, of West Main Street Road was charged with criminal trespassing for being at Walmart Friday, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said. She had been banned from the store for shoplifting.

STAFFORD — Jeffrey J. Keily, 51, of Walworth was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Route 33, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

He allegedly had a blood alcohol content of more than three times the legal limit.

He also was charged with aggravated DWI, no insurance and open container.

BERGEN — A Rochester man was charged with driving while drunk with a child in the car after a traffic stop early Sunday morning, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Kerwin R. Vega, 33, was charged with felony DWI because of a previous DWI conviction, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, felony aggravated DWI with a child in the car, operating without a court-ordered Interlock device and refusing a breath test.

STAFFORD — Kristen M. Owens, 32, of Main Road was charged with driving while impaired by drugs after she was stopped for speeding at 8 p.m. Friday, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

She is to appear April 15 in Town Court.

ELBA — Ian R. Standinger, 24, of Rochester was charged with false personation after he allegedly gave police a fake name during a traffic stop March 30, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

He also was charged with speeding 76 in a 30 mph zone and operating a motorcycle with no insurance, inspection or registration.

PAVILION — Daniel W. Knauss Jr., 51, of West Park Street was charged with menacing, Genesee deputies said.

He is accused of chasing a person around a yard on March 25 and threatening the person.

BERGEN — Cynthia McKnight, 22, of Rochester was charged with DWI after she drove into a field off Route 33 March 27, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

She also was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of more than 0.18 percent and failure to stop at a stop sign.

ALABAMA — Nia H. Spring, 21, of Meadville Road was charged with felony third-degree grand larceny, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said. She is accused of stealing $9,501 worth of items from The Rez.

OAKFIELD — An investigation into a July 2020 incident has led to felony charges against a Corfu man who was wanted on a warrant, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Clarence W. Odell, 52, was arrested July 30 for driving an ATV through the village. He was charged with felony driving while impaired by drugs, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, refusing a breath test, no registration and operating an ATV on a highway.

ALBION — Tammy L. Cornelius, 52, of Spencerport was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 10 p.m. March 31, state police said. She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

SHELBY — Frank A. Buell, 53, of Middleport was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 9 p.m. Saturday, state police said. He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

MEDINA — Village police charged the following people:

n Joseph R. Sulzbach, 26, of Depew was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and menacing.

n William A. Nichols II, 27, was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

n Luis E. Martinez, 35, of Medina was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, crossing road hazard markings, failure to keep right, failure to use lane and failure to notify DMV of an address change.

BATAVIA — City police charged the following people in recent weeks:

n Joshua K. Williams Sr., 29, of Batavia was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, felony criminal contempt of court, menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

He is accused of attempting to hit a person with a brick, a person with an order of protection against him. He was jailed with bail set at $5,000.

n Emery Green, 32, of Batavia was charged with criminal possession of a weapon while on school grounds. He is to appear April 13 in City Court.

n James F. Perry, 36, of Batavia was charged with felony criminal contempt of court. He was jailed with bail set at $10,000.

n Paula Pierce, 29, of Batavia was charged on a warrant with failure to appear in court.

n Rae Cook, 32, of Batavia was charged with harassment after a disturbance complaint.

n Alexandro Rodriguez, 24, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree robbery for punching a person in the face and stealing property from her.

NEWSTEAD — Ross C. Poodry, 32, of Akron was charged with felony DWI with a child in the car after he was stopped at 5 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

He also was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of more than .18 percent, no registration and aggravated unlicensed operation.
