DARIEN — A Rochester man faces charges after he allegedly spit in the face of a deputy Tuesday, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
Antonio Santiago, 43, was being questioned by a deputy about 6 p.m. at Six Flags Darien Lake when he spit in the deputy’s face.
Santiago was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and attempted second-degree assault.
He is to appear Sept. 30 in Town Court.
ALBION — Orleans County sheriff’s deputies charged the following people in recent weeks:
n Bobbie Lane, 44, of Lydonville was charged with petit larceny.
n Devin Cox, 21, of Albion was charged with sexual misconduct.
n Ryan Black, 25, of Brockport was charged with criminal contempt of court and harassment.
n James Hood, 73, of Albion was charged with harassment.
n Leonard Pavia, 45, of Rochester was charged with criminal trespassing.
n Michael Kozlowski, 35, of Buffalo was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.
n David Wright, 40, of Kent was charged with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt of court and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
n Sean Lamb Jr., 18, of Albion was charged with felony criminal mischief.
n Bruce Page, 27, of Albion was charged with assault with intent to cause injury.
n Jeremy Boyce, 38, of Medina was charged with criminal contempt of court and harassment.
CARLTON — Jacob T. Bailey, 24, of Holley was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 11;11 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.
He also was charged with driving while impaired by drugs.
GAINESVILLE — Randy P. Broughton, 74, of Castile was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 3:50 p.m. Monday, state police said.
He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
WARSAW — Lisa M. Howe, 58, of Perry was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 6:30 p.m. Monday, state police said.
She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
