JAVA — Justin A. Sidoni, 48, of North Tonawanda was charged with felony DWI after he was stopped at 3 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.
He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
BATAVIA — City police charged the following people during the past two weeks:
n Sidney C. Underhill, 72, of Elba was arrested three times. He was charged with trespassing, two counts of criminal contempt of court and with third-degree stalking.
n Matthew R. Taylor, 39, of Batavia faces numerous charges for separate incidents. He was charged with trespassing three times and with petit larceny and burglary for shoplifting at a business where he had been banned.
n Alicia M. Lyons, 42, was charged with failure to appear in court and with three counts of trespassing for separate incidents where she allegedly entered a business where she had been banned for shoplifting.
n Nathan W. Campbell, 41, of Batavia was charged with petit larceny for allegedly stealing a can of beer from a business.
n Adriana M. Ayala, 18, of Batavia was charged with third-degree assault and criminal mischief for allegedly punching a person in the face during a fight at a gas station.
n Michael R. Ostrander, 57, of Batavia was charged with criminal contempt of court for allegedly violating an order of protection.
n Christine M. Page, 32, of East Rochester was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after a child she was babysitting ate a THC candy bar, causing an adverse reaction.
n Jacqueline R. Garrett, 43, of Albion was charged with inhalation of toxic vapors or fumes after she was found under the influence, police said. She also had a warrant for failing to appear in court.
n Christine M. Wyder and Kevin Weber, no ages or addresses listed, were charged with public lewdness for allegedly having sex in a front yard of a Walnut Street residence.
n Cindy L. Bush, 60, of Batavia was charged with felony DWI by drugs, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, illegal turn signal and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
n Brandon C. Dodd, 35, of Batavia was charged with DWI by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance after an investigation into an April traffic stop.
n John J. Saddler, 34, of Batavia was charged with felony criminal contempt of court, second-degree burglary, identity theft, grand larceny and petit larceny. He is accused of entering a residence and stealing property in violation of an order of protection.
n Taiya J. Rolle, 18, of Batavia was charged with attempted second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident after an investigation into a domestic violence incident.
n Jason E. Carpenter, 43, of Batavia was charged with harassment for allegedly threatening a person.
n Tracy M. Fickes, 41, of Batavia was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, operating without an Interlock and improper left turn. She crashed into a pole July 10.
n Linda L. Snyder, 39, of Batavia was charged with abandonment and injuring an animal after she allegedly hit a dog multiple times with a broom and abandoned the dog outside.
n Megan A. Gregg, 28, of Batavia was charged with failure to appear in court to answer charges that she left drugs and drug paraphernalia in an area accessible to a young child.
n George J. Budzinack Jr., 42, of Batavia was charged with harassment for allegedly punching through a door and hitting a woman in the face.
n Roger M. Hofmeier, 21, of Batavia was charged with aggravated harassment.
n Jacob J. Camerera, 31, of Batavia was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, unlawful possession of personal ID and petit larceny for allegedly attempting to use stolen credit cards.
n Ashley I. Hightower, 29, of Batavia was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, failure to stop at a stop sigh, illegal signal, speeding and failure to obey a traffic device. She was charged after she allegedly fled from a traffic stop July 16 on South Main Street before pulling over in Eastown Plaza.
n Daniel M. Mooney, 35, of Batavia was charged with criminal trespass.
