BATAVIA — A city man was arrested three times in two weeks, including twice within hours on domestic violence charges, city police said.

Kyle A. Scheuerlein, 28, of Overlook Drive was charged with harassment at 11 p.m. Dec. 18 after he spit on a person during an argument.

At 12:25 a.m. he allegedly went to the victim’s house, resulting in charges of second-degree burglary and criminal contempt of court charges.

And on Jan. 1, he was charged with criminal contempt of court for being at the same house.

Scheuerlein was committed to Genesee County Jail, with bail set at $7,500.

BATAVIA — David P. Haka, 57, of Scottsville was charged on a warrant with petit larceny, city police said.

He is to appear Feb. 24 in City Court.

BATAVIA — John A. Cabrera, 53, of Mill Street was charged with criminal trespass and harassment, city police said.

He is accused of pushing a person during an argument at a rooming house.

BATAVIA — David N. Hanna, 44, homeless, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and failing to obey a police officer, city police said.

An officer stopped a car on Center Street Jan. 6 for suspicious behavior and when the officer approached that car, Hanna tried to drive away. He then refused to get out of his car, police said.

He is to appear Feb. 16 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Linda A. Styer, 34, of Le Roy was charged with harassment for pushing a shopping cart into another person during an argument at Aldi, city police said.

She is to appear Feb. 23 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Mark L. Farley, 52, of Harvester Avenue was jailed after an investigation into a domestic violence incident on New Year’s Eve, city police said.

Farley was charged with unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and felony criminal contempt of court. He was committed to Genesee County Jail with bail set at $1,000.

BATAVIA — Frank J. Morrocco, 64, of Depew was charged on a warrant with petit larceny for stealing from Harbor Freight, city police said.

He is to appear Feb. 25 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Jason W. Whitehead, 23, of Shady Lane was charged with criminal mischief for damaging a car during an argument, city police said.

He is to appear Feb. 16 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Casandra M. D’arconte, 22, of Bank Street was charged with criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection, city police said.

She is to appear Feb. 23 in City Court.

BATAVIA — Randy K. Wilmet, 44, of Bank Street was charged on a warrant with failure to appear in court, city police said.

He was committed to Genesee County Jail with bail set at $5,000.

OAKFIELD — A landlord was charged with criminal trespass after she allegedly entered a residence unlawfully Jan. 5, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Judy K. Ward, 69, of Albion is accused of entering through a side door and remaining in the house. She is to appear Feb. 8 in City Court.

BATAVIA — A Hartshorn Road man faces charges for allegedly putting several guns on a pistol permit fraudulently, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Justin T. Stimson, 33, was charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

EAGLE — A Warsaw man faces numerous charges after an investigation into a domestic violence incident on Jan. 4, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies were called to a house on Main Street, where they found Nicholas C. Longhini, 32, outside the house. A person inside had a court order of protection against him, deputies said.

Longhini was in his car and deputies saw “multiple crack pipes” and other drug paraphernalia in the car.

He was charged with felony aggravated family offense, criminal contempt of court and criminal use of drug paraphernalia and was jailed with bail set at $15,000.
