ELBA — Justin R. Pollock, 26, of Holley was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 5, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

LE ROY — Jason D. Brooks, 34, of Bergen was charged with DWI after an investigation into a crash on Oct. 8, state police said.

Brooks crashed at 2:45 p.m. and was injured, police said. He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

RIDGEWAY — Melissa A. Kuhn, 19, of Murray was charged with burglary and grand larceny, state police said.

She is accused of stealing items from a building on Dec. 22.

OAKFIELD — Daniel A. Rykert, 50, of Oakfield was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 5 p.m. Jan. 6, state police said.

He also was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of more than .18 percent.

ELBA — Kay E. Dilker, 30, of Albion was charged with petit larceny for shoplifting, state police said.

She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

PEMBROKE — Trevor K. Tibbits, 20, of Williamsville was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 2:47 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

SILVER SPRINGS — Alexander J. Hare, 23, of Bliss was charged with burglary and petit larceny for entering a house and stealing items on Jan. 4, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Village Court.

WETHERSFIELD — Cordell J. Flint, 20, of Warsaw was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 9:30 p.m. Jan. 6, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

WARSAW — Randy D. Morse, 53, of Angelica was charged with driving while impaired by drugs after he was stopped at 3:30 p.m. Friday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

n Robert D. Satchwell, 21, was charged with harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.

n A 16-year-old boy was charged with second-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and endangering the welfare of a child.

n Donovan R. Johnson, 28, was charged with aggravated harassment.

n Sheldon A. Rowe, 30, was charged with harassment.

n Dakota S. Baker, 26, was charged with criminal mischief and torturing/injuring an animal.

n Rebecca L. Laraby, 21, was charged with harassment.

n Jason M. Hirtreiter, 33, was charged with criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and harassment.

n Darren P. Ayrhart, 52, was charged with two counts of felony criminal contempt of court.

n Robert D. Satchwell, 21, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

n Phillip D. Byford Jr., 30, was charged with burglary, failure to pay for services, attempted burglary, attempted failure to pay for services and petit larceny.

n Brandon K. Eldridge, 33, was charged with harassment.

n Joseph Koneski, 54, was charged with unlicensed operation, aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an accident.

n Michael B. Collier Jr., 28, was charged with harassment, felony criminal contempt of court and obstruction of governmental administration.

n Mackenzie A. Donahue, 20, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, no inspection, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of an accident.

n Terrance T. Rowe, 23, was charged during three separate domestic violence complaints with three counts of felony criminal contempt of court, burglary, harassment and petit larceny.
