BATAVIA — Alexandro Rodriguez, 24, of Dellinger Avenue was jailed after an investigation into a domestic violence incident, city police said.
He was charged with second-degree burglary, criminal contempt of court, harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana and was jailed with bail set at $1,000.
BATAVIA — Charles J. Rodriguez, 44, of West Main Street was charged with bail jumping, city police said.
He missed several court appearances, police said.
BATAVIA — Jose A. Rivera, 34, of Swan Street was charged with burglary and criminal contempt of court, city police said.
He allegedly entered a house in violation of an order of protection.
BATAVIA — Nathan P. Rich, 32, of Atlanta was charged with felony second-degree strangulation, city police said.
He is accused of choking a woman into near unconsciousness and was jailed with bail set at $10,000.
MIDDLEBURY — An investigation into a crash on Jan. 11 has led to drug charges against a teenager, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.
Deputies were sent to West Middlebury Road, where they found a car on its roof in a ditch.
The driver, a juvenile, and a passenger were not injured. Deputies smelled marijuana and charged the driver, whose name could not be released because of his age, with driving while ability impaired by drugs and moving from a lane unsafely.
ORANGEVILLE — A Brooklyn man faces charged after he was stopped for driving 94 in a 55 mph zone on icy roads Saturday, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.
Jerome P. Eunis, 28, was seen driving a 2017 Mini Cooper east on Route 20A. He was found with marijuana, drug paraphernalia and concentrated marijuana.
Eunis was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, speeding, illegal window tint and no inspection.
BATAVIA — Jamie L. Broadbent, 38, of Hutchins Street was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.’
She allegedly stole from Walmart in the presence of a child.
BERGEN — Michael J. Denning, 38, of Brockport was charged with felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
He is accused of damaging his girlfriend’s $700 phone when she tried to call 911. A 4-year-old was present at the time, deputies said.
WARSAW — Tyler M. Smith, 20, of Arcade was charged on a warrant with violation of probation, deputies said.
He was on probation for felony strangulation and was jailed without bail pending arraignment.
SHELDON — A traffic stop led to drug charges against a Batavia woman, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.
Tawnya L. Muscato, 30, was stopped for speeding 56 in a 35 mph zone on Route 20A and was found with five bags of fentanyl, deputies said.
She was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
RIDGEWAY — Michael J. McKinney, 30, of Lyndonville was charged with burglary for entering a house on Jan. 3, state police said.
He was committed to jail.
SHELDON — Gary D. Almeter, 62, of East Aurora was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, state police said.
He also was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of more than .18 percent.
BATAVIA — Nicole L. Cramer, 31, of Buffalo was charged on a warrant with petit larceny for stealing from a store on Clinton Street, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
She is to appear at a later date in Town Court
