PIKE — A town man was charged Friday after investigation of a custodial complaint, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Investigation revealed Dale Converse, 33, kicked and broke property in a residence during a domestic dispute, deputies said. He was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Converse is to appear in Town Court at a later date.

WARSAW — A traffic stop involving a riding lawn mower resulted in charges against a Warsaw man, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies said they were patrolling Jan. 19 on South Main Street when they observed a man driving a riding lawn mower on the shoulder. He allegedly crossed the white fog line and entered the their lane.

Further investigation revealed the driver, Edward C. Veihdeffer, had five total suspensions on his driver’s license, said Deputy Austin Harding.

Veihdeffer, 56, of Warsaw was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is to appear in Village Court at a later date.

PERRY — A traffic stop on Jan. 18 resulted in charges against Livingston County man, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Heath N. Hendrickson, 31, of Caledonia was stopped on Silver Lake Road after crossing the centerline several times, said Sgt. Colin Reagan. He was allegedly found to possess 20.29 grams of marijuana and failed field sobriety tests.

Hendrickson was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and failure to keep right. He is to appear Feb. 24 in Town Court.

GAINESVILLE — A Pike woman was charged Jan. 10 after a traffic stop on Route 19, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Jessica L. Rodriguez, 53, was initially observed crossing the centerline several times on School Road, said Deputy Austin Harding. She allegedly continued crossing left of center, not leaving enough room for oncoming vehicles to pass.

Further investigation revealed Rodriguez was under the influence of multiple drugs, deputies said.

Rodriguez was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs, failure to keep right, and improper signalling. She is to appear in Gainesville Town Court at a later date.

WARSAW — Charles L. Collette was charged Jan. 20 after a traffic stop, village police said.

Collette, 33, of Brooklyn was stopped on West Buffalo Street, police said. Further investigation allegedly revealed he was intoxicated.

Collette was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and speeding, police said. He is to appear March 15 in Village Court.

ALABAMA — A town man was charged Saturday after an accident on Judge Road, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

Michael J. Tobias, 30, of Maple Road was charged with DWI, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, and moving from lane unsafely. He is to appear Feb. 23 in Town Court.
