ORANGEVILLE — Andrew J. Burr, 38, of Horseheads was charged with drugged driving after he was stopped on Route 20A Friday, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies were called for a report of an erratic driver and saw Burr failing to dim his headlights and swerving.

He was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by multiple drugs, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to dim headlights and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

GAINESVILLE — Terry P. Otis, 46, of Warsaw was charged with DWI after he drove off Route 19 on Dec. 26, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

Deputies said Otis told them he was on his way home from a bar and had been drinking. He also was charged with moving from a lane unsafely.

CLARENDON — Charles J. Wolck, 37, of Hamlin was charged with felony DWI after he was stopped at 2 p.m. Dec. 28, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

SHELBY — Brandon A. Drake, 25, of Barre was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 9 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

BATAVIA — Jordan A. Brown, 19, of Batavia was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 3 a.m. Friday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

BYRON — Alexis U. Sanchez-Santizo, 32, was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 2 p.m. Friday, state police said.

He also was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.18 percent.

CLARENDON — Martha P. Fox, 44, of Holley was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 1 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

PAVILION — Carlo R. D’Angelo, 42, of Pavilion was charged with menacing and criminal mischief, state police said.

He is accused of threatening a person with a weapon and damaging property. He was committed to jail pending an appearance in Town Court.

SHELDON — Zachary A. Hasennauer, 26, of Rochester was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 9 p.m. Dec. 28, state police said. He also was charged with aggravated DWI for allegedly having a blood alcohol content of more than 0.18 percent.

BENNINGTON — Matthew K. Frayne, 28, of Java Center was charged with felony DWI after he was stopped at 7 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

He also was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation.

BENNINGTON — Thomas P. Beilein, 44, of Bennington was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, state police said. He also was charged with aggravated DWI for allegedly having a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.18 percent.

WARSAW — An Ontario County man was charged Dec. 27 after he was caught allegedly entering a residence illegally, village police said.

Todd A. Weigert, 25, of Honeoye Falls was using a ladder to climb into a second-story window of a house that wasn’t his residence, police said. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and is to appear March 15 in Village Court.
