ALBION — Kylie Biddle, 29, of Clarendon was charged with welfare fraud and three counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, state police said.
Troopers said Biddle failed to report the entire household income on multiple times when applying for Social Security benefits. She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
WARSAW — Wayne A. Wardak, 48, of Williamsville was charged with driving while impaired by drugs after he was stopped at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.
He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
