LE ROY — Connor L. Andrews, 21, of Bacon Street was charged with driving while impaired by drugs after he crashed on Lake Street May 3, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.

He also was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, criminal possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep right.

ALBION — Village police charged the following people in recent weeks:

n Jordan R. Herring, 23, was charged with harassment and aggravated unlicensed operation.

n Bryan D. Bates Jr., 41, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt of court and falsely reporting an incident.

n Timothy S. Conley, 38, was charged with third-degree assault and criminal mischief.

n Derick L. Randall, 39, was charged with three counts of harassment, resisting arrest and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

n Peter C. Couch, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct and open container.

n Andrea M. Gray, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct.

n Noah L. Rowlett, 19, was charged with petit larceny.

n Patrick W. Allen, 39, was charged with felony criminal contempt of court.

n Kenneth W. Scholes, 25, was charged with felony criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

ALEXANDER — Paul W. Schwandt, 53, of Holley was charged with criminal contempt of court, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

MURRAY — Nicholas P. Grinnell, 35, of Murray was charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

HOLLEY — Chris Golden, 57, of Hilton was charged with aggravated harassment, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.

WARSAW — Joshua J. Martin, 29, of Orangeville was charged with felony criminal contempt of court and endangering the welfare of a child, state police said.

He was committee to jail pending an appearance in Town Court.

GAINESVILLE — William R. Valentine, 19, of Houghton was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 4:40 p.m. Sunday, state police said.

He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
