BERGEN — Jody A. Minuto-Carey, 52, of Churchville was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 8 on Route 33, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
She also was charged with moving from a lane unsafely and was stopped after a complaint in Stafford.
BATAVIA — Amari C. Glass, 22, of Elmira was charged with criminal trespassing after she refused to leave GCC’s campus after being banned, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
She is to appear De. 7 in Town Court.
ALBION — Brett M. Holt, 32, and Kelly M. Holt, 46, both of Medina were charged with petit larceny for shoplifting, state police said.
They are to appear at a later date in Town Court.
SHELBY — Lance A. Hudomint, 49, of Shelby was jailed after an investigation into a violent domestic dispute, state police said.
He was charged with felony assault with a weapon, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was committed to Orleans County Jail pending an appearance in Town Court.
ELBA — Trisha M. Moyer, 44, of Kendall was charged with DWI after she was stopped at 11:11 p.m. Nov. 15, state police said.
She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
GAINES — Warren J. Beatye, 24, of Rochester was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and criminal impersonation, state police said.
He was in a stolen car and lied to police about his name, troopers said.
PAVILION — Dean J. Gardner, 45, of Pavilion was charged with felony criminal contempt of court and misdemeanor assault, state police said.
The charges came after an investigation into a domestic dispute.
