She allegedly had fentanyl.
LE ROY - Nicholas S. Goodell, 25, of Le Roy was charged with petit larceny for shoplifting, state police said.
He is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
BATAVIA — Robert P. Grimm, 56, of Batavia was charged with DWI after he was stopped at 2:26 a.m. Thursday, state police said.
He also was charged with aggravated DWI for having a blood alcohol content of .18 percent.
BARRE — Brian T. Stachewicz, 27, of Batavia was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and DWI after he was stopped at 10 p.m. Friday, state police said.
Troopers said he possessed an illegal assault rifle.
BATAVIA —Allyson P. Lawrence, 28, of Batavia was charged with third-degree bail jumping, state police said.
She is to appear at later date in Town Court.
WARSAW — Michelle S. Froebel, 44, of Attica was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, state police said.
She was found with cocaine after a traffic stop on Genesee Street.
She is to appear at a later date in Town Court.
ATTICA — Three Rochester woman were charged with possessing marijuana while inside Attica Correctional Facility Saturday, state police said.
Odysee J. Thomas, 35, Talia I. Mercado, 29, and Iesha R. Sanders, 31, all were charged with misdemeanor second-degree promoting prison contraband.
BATAVIA — Tara L. Hall-DiLaura, 44, of Batavia was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Route 33 Thursday night, Genesee County sheriff’s deputies said.
She also was charged with tampering with evidence for trying to hide the drug and with insufficient turn signal.
