BATAVIA — A city man was charged Sunday after he allegedly stole from a residence, city police said.

Brandon C. Dodd, 33, of Highland Park was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was placed under 24/7 house arrest and is to appear Tuesday in City Court.

BATAVIA — A city woman was charged Oct. 27 after violating an order of protection during a domestic incident, city police said.

Rae C. Cook, 31, of Liberty St. was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment. She was was to appear Oct. 28 in City Court.

BATAVIA — A city man was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal contempt, city police said.

Kevin M. McCoy, 54, of East Main Street violated a “stay away” order of protection, police said. He was committed to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
