Susanne “Sue” Dixon Baker, 76, of Longview, Texas, formerly of Batavia, N.Y., went to be with her heavenly father on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021. She was born April 30, 1944, in Batavia, N.Y., to Romaine A. and Regina Siewerski Dixon. She graduated from Alexander Central High School, NY, where she met and fell in love with her one true love, Clarence Frank Baker, whom she married on Dec. 22, 1962. She is preceded in death by her parents, Romaine and Regina Siewerski Dixon, and her beloved husband, Clarence Baker, and son-in-law, Carl W. Yarbrough. She is survived by her loving children, Annette Baker Zimmermann, and spouse, Jeff, and Gail Baker Yarbrough and Jerry Baker; her sister, Diane Dixon Lang of Batavia, N.Y.; her grandsons, James and Chad Porter, and her great-grandchildren, Hailey, Tristan, and Lyndsi Porter; numerous nieces and nephews, including Michelle Lang Auricchio and spouse, Joseph, Jeff Lang and fiance, Danielle, and numerous other nieces and nephews in New York and Texas. She will be dearly missed by many. Private graveside services to be determined at a future time.
