Provided The Letchworth girls volleyball team improved to 6-1 on the season following their sweep over Geneseo Wednesday.

GAINSEVILLE — Morgan Brace dished out 18 assists with four kills and three aces while Brooke DeGroff added eight aces with eight digs as Letchworth improved to 6-1 on the season with the straight sets victory over visiting Geneseo Wednesday night.

Letchworth won by scores of 25-14, 25-17 and 26-24.

Also for the Lady Indians, Trinity Scott added five kills and two blocks while Delaney Bean added three aces, three kills and two blocks.

Geneseo (2-4) was led by Megan Bailey with five digs and Maggie Kennedy added four kills.

York over Cal-Mum

York swept Cal-Mum winning by scores of 25-18, 25-22 and 25-15.

York (3-3)- Kaitlyn Holland 4 kills and 3 aces and Katelyn Curry had 3 kills and 3 aces.

Cal-Mum- Fiona Maruska had 8 assists and 2 aces.

Perry over Keshequa

Host Perry won by scores of 25-7, 23-25, 25-10 and 25-14.

Perry (3-2) Lea White 19 points, 12 aces, 3 kills, and 2 digs; Leah Fisher 24 assists, 8 points, 7 aces, and 3 kills.

Bath over Dansville

Bath (2-2) won by scores of 25-18, 26-24 and 25-16.

Dansville (5-2)- Abi Henderson 10 assists, 3 aces; Tessa Gregorius 4 aces, 8 kills; and Erin Patanella 7 kills.

Bath- Kaili Witherall 10 aces, 3 kills; Cady Hill 9 assists and Aailyah Robinson 4 digs.

Boys Soccer

Pembroke 2, Holley 1

Pembroke got goals from Adam Curtis and Danny Curtis.

Adam Curtis and Zeke Boardman had the assists.

Cavan Bennage scored for Holley.

Wheatland-Chili 4, Attica 3

James Nolan scored the hat trick including two second half goals.

Josh Gebhardt also scored while Aaron Lund and Dane Cody had assists.

Attica was led by Simon Lamparelli’s two goals while Jon Beck added one tally.

Colin Bannister assisted once.

Kendall 4, B-B/Elba 3

Michael McCue scored two goals and dished out two assists while Jonathan Reyes and Louis Conte scored once each.

Zach Barret and Riley Robinson also had assists.

Byron-Bergen/Elba got two goals and one assist from Colin Martin.

Aquinas 2, Livonia 0

Aquinas (3-3) Goal scorers G Cancellieri and Bennett Valentino.

“They are a very talented Aquinas team,” Livonia coach Ray Maxwell said. “Great defensive effort from Livonia and very poor effort offensively.

Livonia keeper Peter Tonkery had several outstanding saves and was Livonia’s “Man of the Match.”

Geneseo (3-2-1) Two goals from Sebri Fantauzzo and one goal and one assist from Ethan Bennett

Luke Kingston and Aiden Palazzo also assisted.

AJ Agosto made 7 saves for his third straight shutout.

MM is 5-3.

Host Le Roy (5-2)- Goals from Austin Biggins and Mitchel Hockey (PK).

Visiting Keshequa (6-2) got a first career hat trick from Ian Hinrich while Nathan Thayer struck twice.

Reese Powers had a goal and 3 assists while Preston Bugman also scored with Avery Strobel adding 2 assists.

Hunter Wood played a strong game for the defense.

Tyler Mallaber and Grey Miller combined for the shutout in goal.

Batavia’s Sophie Fulton defeated Brook Hoffer 6-0, 6-0 at third singles for Batavia.
