BATAVIA — Genesee County sheriff’s investigators are searching for a town of Alabama man on multiple warrants, including bail jumping and felony weapons charges.

Marc C.J. Cook Sr., 30, who last lived on Church Street, is wanted on warrants that include criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon and bail jumping.

He also is wanted in Batavia City Court for failing to appear on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and three counts of bail jumping.

Cook was arrested in August 2019 after a Genesee County Drug Task Force raid at a house on Pearl Street.

He never appeared in court.

In May, he was arrested at his house after a task force raid. Police seized brass knuckles, two kung fu stars and two revolvers from the house.

Cook was initially jailed but later released and failed to appear in court to answer those charges.
