BETHANY — A Linden Road man was jailed after police raided his house and seized numerous illegal guns, LSD and more than a pound of marijuana Tuesday.

Members of Genesee County Drug Task Force, along with units from New York State Police, executed a search at 4891 Linden Rd.

Investigator James Diehl said the investigation began with tips that illegal guns were believed to be at the house.

Police seized a quantity of LSD, with intent to sell, 10 high-capacity magazines, an ammunition belt, brass knuckles, an unmarked, unregistered “ghost gun,” which was an AR-15 style pistol, two fully automatic machine guns, five assault weapons, more than a pound of marijuana and “a quantity” of cash.

The owner, Timothy M. Tundo, 57, was charged with:

n Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

n 14 counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

n Two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

n Second-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

n Five counts of third-degree criminal possession of an assault weapon.

Tundo was arraigned and committed to Genesee County Jail without bail.
